How to rewrite PLR doesn’t need to be confusing or overcomplicated. On the other hand, it can also prove to be challenging for many people.

First of all, you should already know and understand what PLR is and how to use it. But for those individuals visiting for the first time and are unfamiliar of how PLR works, I’ll briefly outline it this way.

PLR stands for private label rights and is commonly used when in reference to specific PLR content such as articles, ebooks, reports, images, videos, audios, and other products. It is also a designated term that is used to define usage rights for certain products.

In general, any products such as articles that have private label rights attached to them, typically means that the product(s) can be changed, edited, or modified to make them unique.

There are two important factors that you should understand when it involves PLR content –

  • Always keep in mind that other people will be using the same content – So REWRITE YOUR CONTENT!
  • Always change, edit, or modify PLR products as much as possible. If it’s PLR articles or content, REWRITE THEM!

There are many different ways and methods used in rewriting content. Of course, I’m talking about manually doing it and not referring to some application, plugin, or software that spins the content. That process is not discussed on this page as it’s an entirely different strategy that is often used with other things.

So, let’s concentrate on the correct way to rewrite PLR with an easy method that I use.

Below is an older PLR article I’ve taken from one of my files. It’s a subject that I like “Health and Fitness” which will help make the process of editing a little easier.

Once you’ve chosen a PLR article you want to work with, read it over carefully. After that, read over it again and make note of any key points that standout for you.

With the busy lifestyles today few adults with families can afford to take the time necessary to go the health club or neighborhood gym on a regular basis. Heck, even if it’s within a short distance, we’re talking about several hours’ commitment per session. Who has time for that!?

Still, we all recognize that exercise is just downright good for you. If you name any random 10 medical conditions and diseases, I’m willing to bet money that some form of frequent exercise is a good treatment or preventative measure for at least 9 of them. Diet and exercise pop up as treatments and preventative measures in so many of the diseases that ail us today, and both of these areas are a good place to focus on if your concerned about your health. Even just some simple walking for exercise can go a long way to improving your health. Walking for exercise is fun, easy, and is a great stress reducer but more on that in a minute.

Another idea is that of home gym equipment. Now we’re not talking about enough equipment to fill up the basement or several bedrooms. What you want is something that you enjoy that can be done in the privacy of your home whenever you desire. My son, who’s working on his muscle tone has a resistance weight training program with 1 piece of equipment. The wife likes the aerobic action of a small trampoline and treadmill. The idea of home gym equipment need not be a daunting enterprise, just something that will save hours and allow the exercise program that your desire right from your own home. Another great workout however is simply walking!

The great thing about walking for exercise is that you can do it anywhere. You have absolutely no excuse for not getting up and walking around for at least 30 minutes a day. So, it’s raining out? Take an umbrella! Seriously, just get out for a short walk around the block a couple times and you’ll thank yourself for it later. If it’s absolutely miserable out, just walking around your house or apartment a while is better than nothing.

Walking for exercise is extremely low impact, and so anyone of any age can do it safely and frequently without worrying about damaging themselves. Running and other more strenuous forms of exercise can cause all kinds of joint pain and soreness, and isn’t recommended unless you are in otherwise good shape.

A lot of recent studies into different forms of exercise are showing that walking is every bit as good for you as running or other more vigorous exercises, you just need to do it longer. If you are walking for exercise, go for at least 30 minutes or even an hour. The more the better, as you can’t hurt yourself by walking too much.

There are a lot of exercise programs that are beginning to realize the benefits of walking for exercise. As it is something virtually anyone that can walk can do, there is a huge target market for walking programs. I’d recommend any program that motivates you to walk frequently. Even without one, there are hiking and walking clubs all over the place to join. Not only can walking for exercise be a way to maintain good health, but it can be a good way to meet new people and form new networks.

With so many benefits and virtually no cons, you can’t go wrong with walking for exercise. Its only drawback is that it takes time to do, but it is time well spent. What is the value of good health and longevity? Add on a favorite piece of gym equipment and you have everything needed to develop a healthy workout and exercise program without the inconvenience of going to the gym all the time.

Nice, but it sounds boring. No matter what, the title needs to be edited. I like that it has several keyword suggestions housed within the title like “home gym” “walking” and “exercise” or “exercise program

I can use these as I write out a new title for my article. I also like the idea of home gym and walking so I’ll concentrate on those terms and keep them, but I’ll also add something else that is relevant and creates interest. My suggestion for a new title is:

Now that I’ve got an acceptable title I’ll work on the body of the article. As previously mentioned, the article itself is written in chunks or paragraphs. Using those paragraphs as references, I’ll rewrite each individual paragraph as I move down the article.

Let’s look at the opening paragraph from the original article above:

First, I don’t like the way the article starts out. Second, there’s no mention of any key phrases from the original title in the first paragraph. Not one! So, after reading the paragraph again, I decided on something like this:

Have you been thinking lately of any better fitness alternatives to help get in shape? Heck, you might be thinking who’s got time or even the energy to spend on working out? This is especially true with all the hectic rushing around that’s done today. It’s no wonder that so many individuals who have families to take care of can even think about going to the gym or fitness center.

In my revised paragraph above, I managed to include one of the key phrases from the title I created “better fitness” and placed it in the first sentence.

Are you starting to see the method I’m using on how to rewrite PLR content and how it works? All I’m doing is taking some of the ideas and reworking them into my own thoughts. Now, I’ll do the same thing for the rest of the article by working with one chunk or paragraph at a time. After finishing with the rewrite, I’ll go over the article, edit, and make any other necessary changes that are needed.

Here’s a useful tip when using this method for rewriting – Do not make changes or edit your material until you finish rewriting your draft.

The idea is to quickly write out your draft. If you keep stopping during the writing process to make changes or edit, you’ll soon discover that it will take forever.

While health and fitness issues continue to be a concern for a huge percentage of adults, many still struggle with available time and the idea of paying monthly dues for a gym membership. There is, however, one thought that might be more feasible on all accounts. Adding a home gym! Of course, before you get yourself in a twist and toss the idea in the trash, think first of the possibilities, the advantages, and more importantly, the benefits of including a home gym for regular exercise.

Adding a home gym doesn’t have to be costly and it certainly doesn’t require a whole lot of space. I mean, let’s get real. Nobody is asking you to tear down a wall or addon a new section to your home, or even give up your kid’s bedroom. Nothing like that at all. The whole idea of exercising at home is convenience within a comfortable setting. Knowing that, you’ll need to choose home gym equipment that is both suitable for you and other members of your family as well.

As an example, my older son likes to workout with weights, while my younger boy enjoys doing bodyweight exercises and requires very little accessories or equipment. This presented a slight challenge at first, but with a little compromising and some creative thought, we configured a small area in the garage that worked perfectly for everyone. The cost was minimal as we shopped around for the best prices on various pieces of equipment such as

  • a universal home gym
  • adjustable dumbbell weights
  • resistance bands
  • mats
  • exercise ball
  • pull-up bar, etc.

Of course, even after adding the home gym, what surprised us more was the workout we are getting from just walking.

Including walking as part of an exercise routine is perfect for anyone that wants to achieve better health. It can be done almost anywhere and it’s a great way to burn off excess calories by doing 30 to 60 minutes each day. If the weather is bad or you don’t feel like going outside for the day, try setting up an area in your home or apartment. Even if the area is small and confined, you can still achieve positive results.

Many health care professionals recommend walking as a form of exercise because of it being low-impact and less stressful on muscles and joints. Compared to that of running or jogging which puts additional pressure on your body, walking comes out on top as a safer alternative. The best part is, walking can be performed even by individuals who are out of shape.

Research has demonstrated that walking as a form of exercise can be just as effective as many other forms of exercise and workout programs. Of course, because walking is often done at a much slower pace or rhythm, it’s often required to perform a walking routine for extended stretches. If you think in terms of exercise and you want to achieve the most health benefits from walking, it’s usually best to perform a routine of 30 minutes to an hour. If you can handle doing longer stretches, even better.

Many people across the country have started to realize the benefits of walking as part of their exercise program. And, for some, it’s not just the benefits of achieving better health, but also a way to reduce the stress and tension from a long day at work.

Nobody can deny the exercise and health benefits you get from walking. Now, combine this with your home gym and what you’ll create is the perfect workout routine and an effective exercise program without having to worry about time and those annoying monthly dues.

Also, the original article had a word count of 639 and my article version has a word count of 869. So, I included an additional 230 words to my finished article. On top of that, my version just sounds better!
